Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens and plans may change. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and respect our therapists’ time, we kindly ask you to observe the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines:
24-Hour Notice Required
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
This allows us the opportunity to offer your time slot to another client.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any prior notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s scheduled time.
Full payment for the original service will still apply.
Illness or Emergencies
If you are feeling unwell or have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate unexpected situations with understanding and flexibility.
Payment for Missed Appointments
Fees for missed or late-canceled appointments must be paid in full before booking future sessions.
